To establish, develop, and maintain Nationalism, Fundamental Rights/ fundamental duties, temples, schools, colleges, libraries, universities, laboratories, skill development centers, yoga and spiritual centers, sports training centers, computer coaching centers, hardware and software training center, vocational training centers, research and other institutions for the development and advancement of education and diffusion of knowledge among the public in general.
To establish, maintain and run studentship, scholarship, and award programs and render other kinds of aid to students including supply of study materials, books, stipend, medals, and other incentives.
To organize the program for the promotions of pre-primary education, non-formal education, computer & information technologies, leadership development, techno-entrepreneurship development educational, infrastructure research and development, socio-scientific research, and give franchise at block level and assist them with books and teachers.
Publish study materials, magazines, books, information materials, journals, produce the film, T.V. serials, and documentaries, audio-video cassettes on burning social, educational, and scientific issues
